Separation of Explicit Consent from Mandatory Privacy Notice
This Explicit Consent Notice sets forth the processing activities that rely strictly on user consent under Article 5(1) of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, distinct from contractual or legal obligations.
In accordance with Data Protection Authority guidance, this consent document is presented independently from the general Privacy Notice. Users may browse public technology listings without granting the discretionary consents set forth herein.
SECTION 2#
Consented Processing Operations and Purposes
By affirmatively opting in, the user grants explicit, informed consent for:
- 1Bilateral Contact Information Reveal: Upon mutual proposal acceptance ("Match"), releasing encrypted personal communication details (verified email address, phone number, full name) exclusively to the matching counterparty for direct bilateral project execution and billing discussions.
- 2Transactional and Platform Notifications: Receiving automated notification emails and real-time alerts concerning proposal changes, category alerts, and security activity.
- 3External Portfolio Integration: Publicly rendering user-submitted external profile metadata (GitHub repositories, Behance creative portfolios, LinkedIn profiles) on the user's verified Operis profile card.
SECTION 3#
Right to Withdraw Consent
- 1Users have the unconditioned right to withdraw explicit consent at any time without adverse consequence.
- 2Consent withdrawal can be executed via User Dashboard > Account Settings > Privacy, or by directing an email to `kvkk@operis.pro`.
- 3Revocation takes effect prospectively from the moment received, without affecting lawful processing previously performed or mandatory statutory retention periods (such as Law No. 5651 traffic logs).
